A 2.5 hour beginner level class for those interested in learning how to make their own Mozzarella and Ricotta cheese from fresh Milk and Goat Milk. This class is hands-on so you will be confident making soft cheese at home. Recipes, information on supplies and resources will be provided. Students will be able to take home a sample of the cheeses made in the class.
Bring your own wine and stay after class for a tasting party. There will be crackers and bread, plus store purchased soft cheeses to compare to our own masterpieces! Instructor is Caroline Abbott of Abbott Farms – a local farm artisan cheese maker.
